We set up an appointment at a mutually convenient time for a Video call. During this call, our Optometrist will help you select frames & guide you on choosing the right lenses for your needs. We also check & reconfirm your prescription using the latest technology.
All of this- from the safety of your home!
WHAT TO DO AFTER BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT?
1. Click on the link to join the video call at the appointment time
2. Try on glasses virtually with consultant
3. Select lenses according to your prescription and lifestyle (you may need different lenses if you have a lot of screen work vs if you spend more time outdoors)
4. Pick up to 8 pairs of glasses for Home Try On (valid for select locations only)
5. Take measurements of your eyes and frame.
6. Finalise details with our team and place an order for your New Neue.
